All new Flight Attendants attend United’s comprehensive paid training program at the United Flight Training Center in Houston, Texas. The curriculum includes safety procedures, customer service excellence, first aid, emergency drills, and cultural awareness to prepare you for real-world inflight scenarios. Upon successful graduation, you’ll be assigned to one of United’s major crew bases such as Chicago, Newark, Denver, or San Francisco.

This role demands adaptability and teamwork. You’ll work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, overnight layovers, and long-haul international trips.
