With a fleet of over 250 A380 and B777 aircraft, Emirates connects over 140 destinations. We are seeking professionals to deliver our award-winning service and ensure passenger safety. This role is a career in safety and hospitality, requiring you to be a brand ambassador and first responder. Core Responsibilities: Core responsibilities include ensuring passenger safety and comfort in compliance with all regulations, conducting pre-flight safety checks, performing safety demonstrations, assisting passengers during boarding/deplaning, providing award-winning inflight service, and responding effectively to medical, safety, or security situations. You will act as a brand ambassador with professional conduct. Qualifications & Requirements: Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have the legal right to work in the US, and possess a valid passport for international travel. A High School Diploma (or GED) and a minimum of one year in hospitality or customer service are required. Applicants must meet a minimum arm reach of 212 cm (on tiptoes) and have no visible tattoos while in uniform. Key skills include: customer service, cultural awareness, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, resilience, and a safety-conscious, professional demeanor. Fluency in English is required; multilingual ability is an advantage. Training & Work Schedule: Selected candidates will attend our 7.5-week paid training program at the Emirates Aviation College in Dubai (transport and accommodation provided) and must pass a medical evaluation. This position requires flexibility for a variable rostered schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and ultra-long-haul flights. Compensation & Benefits: The estimated annual base salary ranges from $36,000 to $53,000. This is supplemented by hourly flight pay, per diem allowances, and performance incentives.
