Core Responsibilities:

Your foremost duty is the safety and security of our passengers, adhering to all civil aviation and company regulations. You will conduct thorough pre-flight safety inspections, provide clear safety demonstrations, and handle all in-flight emergencies with exceptional poise and precision. You will also deliver our signature *Omotenashi* service, anticipating passenger needs before they arise, serving authentic Japanese and international cuisine, and creating a tranquil and respectful cabin environment for all.

Qualifications & Requirements:

We seek individuals who embody grace, humility, and a strong sense of responsibility. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and hold the legal right to work in the United States. A valid passport for unrestricted international travel is essential. A High School Diploma or GED is required, though a college degree is preferred. Flawless fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Japanese is a significant advantage and highly desired for this role. Candidates must meet an arm reach requirement of 208cm (on tiptoes) and maintain our immaculate grooming standards, with no visible tattoos in uniform. A full medical and background check is required.

Training & Work Schedule:

Successful candidates will be flown to Japan to attend our extensive, paid training program at the JAL Cabin Crew Training Center in Tokyo (transport and accommodation provided). This role requires flexibility for a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long-haul transpacific flights.

Compensation & Benefits:

JAL offers a competitive salary, with an estimated annual base from $43,000 to $65,000, plus hourly flight pay and per diem allowances.
